TF TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS | STANDARD MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID FOR INDIVIDUALS

1. Course Registration and Availability
All course registrations are subject to availability. A place in the course is only confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the payment terms outlined below.

2. Minimum Attendee Requirement
Each course requires a minimum of six (6) participants to proceed. If this minimum number is not met at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled course commencement date, TF Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a full refund of any fees paid.

3. Minimum Age Requirement

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of attending the course. 

 

4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled course commencement date. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the course registration, and the place may be offered to another participant.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days of the course start date will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total course cost.

  • Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the course start date, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Course Changes and Cancellations by TF Training
In the event that TF Training is unable to deliver a course on the confirmed date, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future course date. If the alternative date is not suitable, a full refund of all fees paid will be provided.

 

7. General
TF Training reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants as appropriate.

By registering for a course, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
